DEVILISHGAMES END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR "SONORO TV" GAME SOFTWARE

This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement

between YOU (individual or single entity) and DevilishGames

software development company (DEVILISHGAMES), for the "Sonoro TV"

game software (the SOFTWARE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

The SOFTWARE is the property of DEVILISHGAMES and is protected

This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement

between YOU (individual or single entity) and DevilishGames

software development company (DEVILISHGAMES), for the "Sonoro TV"

game software (the SOFTWARE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

The SOFTWARE is the property of DEVILISHGAMES and is protected

by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The

SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed.

By installing the SOFTWARE, by loading or running the SOFTWARE,

by placing or copying the SOFTWARE onto your hard drive, or by

distributing the TRIAL version of the SOFTWARE, you agree to be

bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT.

1.- OWNERSHIP

This SOFTWARE and the related copyrights and intellectual

property rights, are the exclusive property of DEVILISHGAMES and

its suppliers. YOU acquire no title, right or interest in the

SOFTWARE other than the rights granted herein.

2.- TRIAL VERSION

YOU may install and use the TRIAL version.

YOU are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revokable DISTRIBUTION

LICENSE to do only the following: Make complete and unmodified

copies of only the installation executable of the TRIAL version

of this SOFTWARE as released on the websites of DEVILISHGAMES, in

machine-readable form for distribution to a third party, provided

the entire contents of the TRIAL version are copied in their

entirety with payment, copyright, and trademark information in

place.

Although the SOFTWARE may not be sold, a distribution fee may be

charged for the service of providing this SOFTWARE to others on

physical, CD-ROM or magnetic media (i.e. charging for the media

and duplication services only).

YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL NOT DISTRIBUTE A REGISTERED VERSION OF

THIS SOFTWARE.

YOU agree that you shall only distribute the SOFTWARE in a manner

that complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction(s) in

which you distribute the SOFTWARE, including, but not limited to,

applicable restrictions concerning copyright and other intellectual

property rights.

3.- REGISTERED VERSION

When you purchase a LICENSE for the SOFTWARE, you will receive the

full REGISTERED version.

YOU agree not to distribute the REGISTERED version to others and

to use it only for your own personal use.

YOU may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer

and install a second copy of the SOFTWARE on a second computer only

if you are the main user of this computer (home computer or laptop for

example). You may also install the SOFTWARE on another computer only

if you change main workstation. In such a case you must uninstall the

REGISTERED version of the SOFTWARE from the old computer.

4.- RESTRICTIONS

YOU shall not remove from the SOFTWARE any trademark, tradename,

copyright notice or other notice.

YOU may NOT sublicense, or assign copies of the SOFTWARE to others.

The SOFTWARE contains trade secrets. YOU may NOT decompile, reverse

engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the SOFTWARE to a human

readable form. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, ADAPT, TRANSLATE, RENT, LEASE,

LOAN, RESELL FOR PROFIT, OR OTHERWISE ASSIGN OR TRANSFER THE SOFTWARE,

OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART THEREOF

without the prior written consent of DEVILISHGAMES.

5.- WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". DEVILISHGAMES disclaims all

warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the

warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The

user must assume the entire risk on using the SOFTWARE.

6.- DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES

DEVILISHGAMES assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential,

which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if DEVILISHGAMES has

been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the

seller will be limited to refunding of the purchase price.

7.- TERMINATION.

a) You may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time by destroying all

copies of the Software in your possession.

a) This AGREEMENT is effective until terminated. This AGREEMENT

will terminate immediately without notice from DEVILISHGAMES if the

following occur: breach by YOU of any provisions of this AGREEMENT.

8.- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS

AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND

CONDITIONS.
